Hands on Experience in preparing the projects reports. Ability to implement/recommend the joint strength and requirements. Selection of Fasteners needed for assembly. Good knowledge of engineering materials (ANSI/ISO/China), experience in selection of materials. Hands on Experience in Cost reduction projects, in terms of Weight optimization, reducing part counts, optimize the welds and simplify the Bolted/welded joints etc. Experience in read and understanding of the Engineering Standards(ANSI/ISO) for design of compressors. Hands on experience in Design of sheet metal parts. Experience in designing of Welded joints and welded structures. Must have experience in understanding the Manufacturing & Assembly drawings. Ability's to design new parts/assembly and modify the design & assembly independently with minimal support. Hands on experience in developing the concepts/Proof of concept independently. Hands on Experience in performing 3D Modelling and detailing by using UG NX and PLM. Expertise in CAD tools and modelling, NX is Must. 3-5 years of experience in Design and development projects using UG NX and PLM.
